We would like to make improvements to our home to raise the value of it.We just don’t want to spend money and have it not help the value of the home. Any information would help.

What is the cost vs value for a concrete fence?
I replaced my wood privacy fence with a fencecrete concrete fence. I paid about 10 thousand dollars for the fence. Will I be able to recoup any of this when I sell my house?

Kitchens seem to increase the value the most. Bathrooms run a close second. Third would be landscaping and curb appeal.
Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and stone tile flooring in the kitchen are the most requested improvements on television. I would imagine they are the hottest improvements in today’s market.
