What is the cost vs value for a concrete fence?
I replaced my wood privacy fence with a fencecrete concrete fence. I paid about 10 thousand dollars for the fence. Will I be able to recoup any of this when I sell my house?

Kitchens seem to increase the value the most. Bathrooms run a close second. Third would be landscaping and curb appeal.
Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and stone tile flooring in the kitchen are the most requested improvements on television. I would imagine they are the hottest improvements in today’s market.
