plan crash into the ground or plan crash into the ocean
or falling off the empire state building falling head first

from the top of the Empire State Building (1,250 feet, or any tall building of comparable height and controlling for wind) and it landed on a person below? How badly do you think the person would be injured? Would the person be killed?

If you were the tenant at the time of initial billing…then yes, they can keep billing you.

You’d never be able to rent out the space in it, and you’d lose a ton of money because of that.

it would probably go through their skull and kill at the most if not you would knock them out

They MAY have some minor impact trauma from the strike (a bruise or cut or abrasion) and maybe a headache. Also a strong desire to kick the butt of the idiot that just dropped a penny on their head for no reason other than stupid curiosity.
They may also wonder why more people don’t watch [...]

As you fall your mind and body would be so over come with fear that your heart would stop before you hit the ground. Ain’t science fun…. But ya what redlakr said is true but if you did go all the way to the ground then what i said would happen
