I told them to help themselves to drinks that I have in the garage fridge. But should I offer them sandwiched for lunch or other snack through out the day?

Multimedia Degree: We were asked to creature a picture book about a specific character and that’s all we were given. I have no idea what they’re expecting. All I’m doing is a a book about a little English boy who dreams of going to NYC, he snuffs at Big Ben, goes to NY when he grows up, gets to the Empire State Building and that’s where he meets his wife. Then he has a little girl who dreams of going to London.
Honestly, tell me how that sounds. It’ll be about six pages and I’m planning to use different mediums such as collages, painting and sketching.
They’re looking for creativity. Does this sound creative? I’m scared!

So I am going to NYC with my boyfriend for Spring Break and we bought city passes online that cover admission to all the touristy places like the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. Plus we have already paid for our hotel. We are just wondering how much we should expect to spend on food? Our hotel comes with a continental breakfast each morning but we will want to have breakfast at a cafe at least once and will probably eat out for the rest of our meals. So how much should we expect to pay for food for 4 days?? Thanks for the help!

Hi all!
I am goin to NY for 5 days in march and I will be there half friday + 3 full days (sat-mon), leaving on 5th day morning.
I wondered if someone local could help me plan these 3 full days , so I visit attractions in the right order without loosing too much time on travel.
I will be staying in 2nd Ave Lower East Side area and plan to get New York Pass (www.newyorkpass.com). I don’t want it to be too stressfull, but I don’t mind walking and few cabs.
1) I know I want to take ferry to and back Staten Island (to see The Statue of Liberty on the way).
2) Brooklyn Bridge
3) Empire State Building
4) American Museum of Natural History
6) Times Square
7) Monday evening I’m goin to watch NY Knicks at Madison Square Garden
I don’t know if I can squeeze anything else (or all this!), suggestions are welcome, prefferably with rough time plan

My hubby and I have just booked to go to New York this May for four nights. We are staying in a hotel called ThirtyThirty very near the Empire State Building. I’ve never been to New York before and so would love people’s advice on what my hubby and I should prioritise to see whilst we’re there. We have already booked a one day open-top bus tour which I think includes a boat trip to see the Statue of Liberty and we’ve booked a Sex and The City Tour, which I’m really exceited about! I’d personally like to fit some shopping into the experience too but we don’t want to overwhelm ourselves by fitting too much in. What would you recommend we see? And, how much of the city can you realistically see in four days??? Many thanks in advance x
