Not unless the leak was caused by something other than wear and tear, if they leak because of storm damage or someone trying to break in they might be… depends on the terms of your cover.
You don’t say how old the windows are, but if they are relatively new they might be covered by some sort of insurance backed guarantee from the installer or manufacturer.
Other than that, if they just leak because they are old, no I’m afraid that wouldn’t be recoverable under any insurance I ever heard of.
Nope, that is a MAINTENANCE issue. There are a whole bunch of reasons why your windows are leaking, but all the ones I can think of, are causes EXCLUDED under the standard homeowners policy.
Assuming, of course, that Ike didn’t, for example, tear one wall off your house, which let the water in.
